Arc. Ayoola T. Onajide, Chairman.
Brief Profile

Arc Ayoola Onajide studied and qualified as an Architect in the United Kingdom. He is a registered and a chartered architect in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Nigeria. He has run an architectural practice for over 30 years and has designed and managed major projects in Nigeria and various parts of Africa. He has been involved in managing infrastructural projects for the Federal Governments, completed projects for major multinational, institutional and bilateral organizations. A fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, the Royal institute of Architects and the South African institute of Architects. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors. Ayoola Onajide is a 1998 Alumni of the Lagos Business School having attended the Chief Executive Programme(CEP7) and remains a Director of several other companies.

Mr. Akinwale Adewumi, CEO/Managing Director.
Brief Profile

Wale holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly the University of Ife). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Before joining LeadCapital Limited as the Managing Director, he was the Financial Controller of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank Plc UK, prior to which he was at Leadbank Plc. With over thirty years working experience, Wale has garnered vast experience in banking & finance, accounting, consulting, audit & business assurance practice. Wale has attended various courses locally and abroad. He is an alumnus of the International Banking Summer School (Edinburgh, 2002).
He at various times had served on the boards of various companies including; Nigerian Interbank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS), Royal Trust Assurance Limited and LBV Capital Limited. He currently serves on the board of CrusaderSterling Pension Limited.

Mrs. Isioma Ogodazi, Board of Directors.
Brief Profile

She also has extensive and in-depth experience in personnel management. She was the Director of Human Resources at Stanbic IBTC, Head Talent, Global Support Functions, Standard Chartered Bank United Kingdom, the General Manager/Head Human Resources of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria and Senior Manager/Head Human Resources Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.

Isioma holds a bachelor degree in Humanities from Bournmouth University, United Kingdom and a post graduate diploma in personnel Management from the London School of Economics, she also possesses a diploma, from the Institute of Personnel Development United Kingdom and participated in the Senior Management Executive Program (Four months mini MBA program) at the Lagos Business School. She has attended many development programmes and has also served on the Boards of various Companies in various capacities.

Board of Directors, Mr. Abimbola Olashore.
Brief Profile

Mr. Olashore is an Engineering graduate of the University of Hull, U.K. and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds M.B.A (I.E.S.E). A seasoned investment banker, over the years has acquired in-dept knowledge and vast experience in the capital markets and as well as financial advisory services in the public and private sectors. Mr. Olashore joined the Leadbank Group in 1991 and became the Managing Director in 1997.

As Managing Director of Lead Bank, he established the bank as one of Nigeria’s top Investment banks. The bank won repeatedly the Reuters/SBA award as the leading Nigerian Issuing House for three consecutive years. He went on to join the Board of Ecobank Nigeria Plc as Executive Director where he helped set up their Investment banking arm before returning to LeadCapital. He is currently on the board of UNICO PFA Limited.

Board of Directors, Mr.Taiwo Olashore.
Brief Profile

Taiwo Olashore is the Managing Director of Lead Asset Management Limited , a licensed Fund Manager by the Securities & Exchange Commission ( SEC ) to manage mutual funds and / or collective investment schemes. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Olashore International School , a co-educational full boarding secondary school committed to academic excellence and developing leaders for the dynamic global society in the 21 century . He is also a Director, CeLD innovations, a technology driven consumer loyalty Company and Africa’s first unified cash reward as a service company .Taiwo is an experienced Investment banker with key skill sets spanning treasury , financial advisory , Capital fund raising, and funds management.

He holds a MSc Finance & Management from the School of Management , Cranfield University , UK, having initially held a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wolverhampton . He has attended various courses locally and abroad. He is an alumni of the Lagos Business School (LBS), Advanced Management Programe ( AMP25) and a Fellow of the Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers of Nigeria .

Board of Directors, Arc. Omotayo Muftau Babalakin.
Brief Profile

Arc. Omotayo Muftau Babalakin’s experience as an Architecture and Project Manager spans over Three (3) decades. He is an Alumnus of the Architectural Association School, London, and the current Founding and Managing Partner at Consultants Collaborative Partnership; a multi-disciplinary consulting firm with a portfolio of over 150 projects worth billions of Naira within Nigeria, Ghana, and Rwanda.

He is one of the founding members and former President of the Association of Consulting Architects, Nigeria (ACAN), a Member of the Board of Governors, DayWaterMan College, Abeokuta, Ogun State, and a Member of the Nigerian/British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC).
