Job Functions

The ideal candidate will be saddled with the coordination of the overall business activities and operational structure of the unit, reporting to the group Managing Director.

  • Develop capacity in corporate finance transactions.
  • Initiate deal origination with clear and demonstratable examples with live jobs.
  • Efficient and effective execution of deals with timelines.
  • Maintain strong discipline and professionalism in handling jobs.
  • Contribute to the overall profit of the company by completing deals with advisory income in capital raising, financial advisory, financial intermediation, underwriting commission and receiving agent’s commission.
  • Network actively in the local business circuit and develop relationships to sniff out business opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge curve and procedural manual for the unit.
  • Good working relationship with the relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Avoid lapses that could warrant regulatory sanctions.

Job Opening - Equity Sales Trader

We are looking to hire an experienced and qualified Stockbroker to trade, advise clients on investment opportunities within the Stock market. The Stockbroker’s responsibilities include trading, analysing the stock market, finding profitable investment opportunities, and advising clients in making sound investment decisions. 

The candidate should be an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) with a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a Stockbroking Firm. Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Finance/Accounting or Economics/Business Administration is required. SEC Sponsored individual would be an added advantage.  

The role requires an adequate understanding of the Nigerian Capital market, a good working relationship with NSE and SEC, and uncompromising Integrity.
