Asset Management

Job Functions

  • Follow up on perfection/ preparation of legal documents and agreements.
  • Organise and act as secretary to the internal executive team meetings
  • Maintain and keep safe company documents, the company seal and ensure that all company secretarial resources are maintained to secure the provision of the company secretarial service.
  • Secretary to the Board sub-committees and the meetings of the trustees
  • Assisting with the preparation of the Group annual general meetings, collating and circulating all AGM papers before the meeting; and to satisfy legal requirements to ensure compliance with statutory and other legal obligations.
  • Follow up on statutory returns made to relevant to relevant statutory and regulatory bodies especially CAC and SEC as at when due.

Other Skills

  • Requires a detail orientated individual who can be a part of a team and demonstrates strong organizational skills and follow through skills. Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory law
  • High attention to detail, self-starter, efficient time management, critical thinker, inquisitive, flexible, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and other MS-Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
